The hotel had a great breakfast and clean rooms. The WiFi was strong and the staff, although their English wasn't the best, were really helpful. The restaurant served delicious food in the evening. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with many interesting spots within easy reach. And despite the hustle and bustle of the city, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep.
There were some minor issues with the hotel. The warm water in the bathroom was either scorching hot or cold, which was a bit frustrating.

Would recommend to anyone. Air-conditioned room, good bed, free parking. Location is in the middle of the city. For lunch or dinner go to Prambanan Sari, located right at the hotel...

ideal base for exploring malang. the hotel is superior, very clean. employees at the venue were welcoming. room price is idr -2147483648. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
The breakfast we ordered was not too good, it could be be better.

our recent stay in malang was made even more enjoyable by the excellent service and attentive staff at trio indah 2. the room was comfortable and the shower was the best we've had on java. the staff even prepared a breakfast box for our early departure to bromo. highly recommend!
